The Jr. High had a great first week of school! We can't wait to see all the great things these kids are going to accomplish this year!
St. Edward School Picture Day is Friday, August 23rd!
3rd-8th grade parents. For PE tomorrow, your child may wear any st ed tshirt and shorts (preferably navy but any of appropriate length are fine) be on the look out this week for an order form for new pe uniforms! Again, only 3rd-8th.
Your back-to-school week news! We're so pumped to get started with this school year!
Next week's school office hours will be a little different! Due to our back-to-school night, the office will not be open until 11:30am on Monday, August 12. Tuesday we will be open from 8am-2pm. Wednesday will be our first day of school, so our office will return to normal office hours! Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. We're so excited to see everyone again this year!
Help support the St. Edward Raffle Committee! Last year they supported our school by buying 15 8ft long tables, two signs for school, and the metal sign on Rt 29 coming into Chillicothe. Great organization to support!
We still have TWO (2) smartboards up for grabs! These old smartboards are free for the taking. Please reach out to Mr. Finch at gfinch@sainted.org if you're interested!
Hello Jaguar Families! We are so excited to start another school year! We are looking to expand and upgrade our Jaguar Parent's Club! We are looking to have 4 officers this year along with other members. The more people we get involved, the easier it will be to split up responsibilities on activities we want to run this year.

Our School Office is now open again for the 2024-2025 School Year! Hours will be Monday - Friday from 8am - 2pm until the start of the school year.
Our first day of school will be Wednesday, August 14th! We're so excited to see everyone back this year!

St. Edward School will be offering an After Care program for our students this upcoming school year! Contact Principal Garry Finch at gfinch@sainted.org for more information, or to sign up today!
St. Edward is excited to announce that this summer, 48% of our students signed up for our summer enrichment program that Mrs. Humphreys and Mr. Finch created. Mrs. Humphreys will be monitoring their progress throughout the summer. The whole goal of this program is to keep our students engaged in learning, so they do not regress as much during the summer. We are so excited about this program and how our families and students are eager to participate.
We are also having Mr. Finch's Summer Reading Program where our kids are encouraged to read throughout the summer. They have to fill out a book report and log how much time they read this summer. Great things are happening at St. Edward!
St. Edward will now be incorporating a Spanish Program in our K-8th grade curriculum! We're excited to see our students excel this upcoming school year.
☀️Another fun-filled Field Day is in the books! Thank you to all of the hands that reached out to help! From racing with pizza boxes, to dumping water buckets on your friends, from Whooshball to tic-tac-toe races, from scarfing down hotdogs to doing the Cupcake Walk, from a water balloon spoon relay to a human Hungry, Hungry Hippo, it was such a great day to be a Jaguar!🐆

The Jr. High had a great time at the annual lock-in last weekend! They started the evening at Mass and then headed over to the school for games, competitions, and tons of snacks and pizza! Everyone enjoyed bingo, blind volleyball, team building activities, minute to win it, and the nerf war! The 7th and 8th grade classes had a blast making a candy salad! A huge shoutout to all the parents who came and helped throughout the night! The night was a huge success!!
