Note: if your child does not have boots, snow pants, and/or gloves, they can still play outside, but will be asked to stay out of the heavy snow so that their clothes stay dry as they return to class, and they stay safe with the cold temperatures.
Hopefully, this will be the first of many days that we will be able to have the children enjoy the wonder and JOY that snow brings!
Christmas Break takes place starting Monday, December 22, and classes resume for students on Tuesday, January 6th.
We hope to see all families at the Children's Christmas Eve Mass on December 24th @ 4:00 pm.

I just want to remind everyone about St. Edward Catholic School - Chillicothe, Illinois, fall craft show. Our event is on November 1, 2025, from 10 am-3 pm. This is the perfect time to find gifts for the upcoming holidays for family and friends. All of our vendors have worked extremely hard on everything they have made.
When you walk into our school, you will meet students, staff, and parents who will be helping with our school event! Please ask them how much they love St. Edward and which class is their favorite.
